The game room was ulti-goated, with a Reck it Ralph machine, hockey, foosball, and pool. After dinner we watched family fued, and now we're watching the big Bang. The Wi-Fi acts up sometimes, but otherwise, 9 stars if I could. The pool is great and the hot tub is kid friendly. We stayed two days over March break, and there were fun activities like s'mores, face painting, and a game room. It poured on our first day, so Mom and I went to the packed pool. I made a friend. For dinner I had haddock strips from the kids menu, and Mom had seafood chowder from the adult menu. We slept, then had breakfast the next day. I got the kids omelet, which came with lots of food, and Mom got the adults omelet. I went swimming, then we stopped at the great Canadian dollar store in the Chester strip mall. I bought pool toys and went back to swim, then tried the hot tub. After a shower, I went to the game room. Later I made a reservation and went to the restaurant. I had chicken pasta, and Mom had haddock strips. Best hotel ever.

The games room has a pool table, shuffle board, and foosball, but guests can only use it for bookable events. It'd be nice if regular guests could get in too. Otherwise, the rooms are nice, the view is beautiful, service is great, and there are solid dining options. It's also close enough to use as a base for exploring the south shore, including Chester and Mahone Bay.

We had a birthday party at the restaurant, and the staff were so helpful. Service was seamless and the food was off the charts. I was also pleasantly surprised by the room quality, the restaurant service, and the lovely view and location. Thank you, we'll be back!

The outdoor hot tub was a nice bonus, and the pool was awesome for the kids. My family and I just stayed there, and the place exceeded our expectations. It was beautifully renovated and the service was great. We'll go back!
