Pan Pacific Whistler Village Centre

A vegetarian breakfast option or two would be a welcome addition. We had a great stay at Pan Pacific Whistler Village Centre, with a beautiful hotel in a fantastic location. The staff gave us a warm welcome, and we appreciated getting the early check-in we’d requested. During our visit, one elevator was being upgraded, which meant much longer waits, and the stairs weren’t an option for us. Clearer signs and information, perhaps in an in-room pamphlet or on the website, would help guests find elevator access from the parking area and Whistler Village, especially people with strollers or accessibility needs. We’d happily return.

The staff were helpful and accommodating, and I loved soaking in the tub after a chilly day outside. Our room was quiet, clean, spacious, and well equipped. Shops, cafes, bars, and restaurants are only steps away, so the location is excellent. We loved our stay and I’d return in a heartbeat.

The one-bedroom plus den suite was spacious and quiet, and I could tell the staff had put a lot of thought and effort into the holidays. The hotel was great. One of the two elevators was out of order at the time, but the waits were never very long. The valet parking isn’t really valet, though. You have to drop off and pick up your keys at reception.

The room had plenty of space and everything we needed, and the location made it easy to walk to all the sights. The parking garage could use clearer signs so guests can find the elevators. One elevator was out of service, leaving everyone to share the other one. Breakfast also needs a vegetarian option. It seemed like the chef only knew pork.
