Every guest has their own cottage, and the peaceful landscape makes this feel like a little slice of heaven in the Yukon. Whether you’re travelling alone, as a couple, or with family, it’s a lovely place to stay. Sharon made me feel like family, as she puts it, “I treat every guest like family. So I have family all over the world.” She welcomed me with tea and a bowl of fruit, then surprised me with fresh smoked salmon, croissants, and cream cheese for dinner in my cabin. There were homemade cookies for dessert and cinnamon rolls for breakfast. She makes delicious jams, jellies, syrups, and Christmas baskets, while her husband makes lamps carved from antlers. Sharon is the hostess with the mostess, so sweet and generous. I’m hooked for life and won’t stay anywhere else when I’m near Whitehorse in the Yukon.

Our little cabin was just right for the two of us, and breakfast was delicious. There was coffee, tea, cribage, and a microwave in the cabin. We only booked one night, but after staying there I wished we’d made it longer. Sharon is a super, super nice lady. I’d recommend it if you want a quiet stay just outside of Whitehorse, and I’ll call if we go back.

Sharon was so welcoming, and we had some really good conversations. The cabin was lovely, clean, and tidy, and everything was peaceful and quiet. Foxes come by every night, too. We stayed two nights and wished we could have stayed longer.

The comfortable cabin outside Whitehorse was well equipped. The hostess left a wonderful range of snacks in the fridge, enough for supper and breakfast, with homemade jams, teas, and rose hip syrup.

The hospitality was incredible, and the cabin was great. They cooked us lovely food, and breakfast came with a fun conversation. Looking forward to staying again.
