It feels like a home away from home here. I like the relaxed vibe, feel safe, and find it easy to communicate with everyone. The service is great and the staff are awesome, especially Amin, who is so polite and welcoming. I definitely enjoy coming back and forth, and recommend it.

The staff have been friendly and helpful, but the hotel needs to fix its systems. I’m here for work, and this is my second stay, the first was about six years ago when a family member was ill in hospital. The location was convenient both times, but I won’t choose this hotel again. My room key has stopped opening my room three times this past week, even though it still works for the elevators. I keep the key by itself and away from my phone, cards, and electronics, so that hasn’t helped. Each time I’ve had to wait for an elevator to the lobby, get new keys made, then wait for an elevator again. The elevators are slow, crowded, and have long lines, and there’s no option to use the stairs. Getting into the fitness room is another hassle. You have to book a time and collect a separate key at the front desk, which means another trip through the elevator wait. I have four more nights here, so I’ll see how many more times the room key fails.

I wouldn’t recommend staying here. The staff were absolutely terrible and showed no human decency.

I only came in for lunch. The food was tasty, the bathrooms were clean, and the friendly staff gave great service.
