More than $300 worth of beadwork I bought from vendors while attending conferences disappeared from my room. I told the front desk, and they said they'd look into it, but I never heard back. I stayed here recently, and I still don't have my jewelry. Very disappointing.

The staff were very friendly, and the pool, waterslide, and hot tub were great. Our room was cleaned only once during our four-day stay. They knocked late on the last day, and we declined then. There was quite a bit of dust we'd barely noticed at first. Apart from that, things were fine.

Our annual company safety meeting went really well, and Mariia took wonderful care of the group as our hostess. The seafood buffet was generous and satisfying, and everything I tried tasted great. We'll definitely be back. Thanks!

The room was OK during our weekend stay, but the bathroom clearly hadn't been cleaned properly. Before bed I went to take a bath and noticed orange coloring on the tiles. It came right off when I wiped it with a cloth, no scrubbing needed. The cleaners need to do better.

The woman who answered when I called about an Alto's reservation was pleasant. She said she'd take my information and someone would get back to me, but nobody did. I ended up booking somewhere else. Not good service.
