Eastwood Motel

AWFUL customer service and cleanliness, and the front desk woman had an awful attitude. She was one of the meanest women I've ever spoken to. The disrespect was completely unnecessary, and they need to seriously evaluate things there. They wouldn't let me check in because I had my friend with me to help do my hair, but they still kept the full room price. I'll never book here again. -110000/10

I couldn't even manage one night here. There were spiders all around the entrance and some on the inside windows too. There was no air conditioning, so we had to go buy fans. Then we found more bugs crawling near the bed, and the sheets didn't look clean. It was a bad stay all around. On top of that, I left without staying a night and got only my deposit back, with no refund for the two nights I'd booked.

We paid for a week, thinking it would be okay, but my wife and I lasted just three nights before leaving to find a Best Western. The bed was so rough and broken that sleeping was impossible. Buyer beware.

The location is about the only good thing. We stayed for a few months, and every weekend we had to leave the room for more than half a day while housekeeping came in. We kept complaining to get necessary repairs done, and there was still very little hot water in the tub when we left. There was mold in the room, and we got blamed for it. When we moved out, the owner's wife called our room gross, even though I had cleaned it that morning and we'd cleaned it the night before. She'd also tried to blame us for the mold. When we arrived, there wasn't even toilet paper. The fridge was gross and the microwave was rusted. We were repeatedly told our room was the cleanest one, but if you pay a deposit, you'll be lucky to get half back because they charge for cleaning. It's not for damage like they claim.
