Living at Fraser Tower feels comfortable and stress-free because the team is quick to respond and really cares about residents. Leilani, the property manager, keeps everything organized and does a fantastic job. The staff are amazing, especially James, Brichelle, and Leilani, and they consistently provide excellent customer service. Great work by everyone at Fraser Tower!

I’ve had excellent service from day one with the Midwest property management team and staff. They’re professional, responsive, and clearly care about their tenants. I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality property management with a personal touch.

The building is well taken care of, and it’s a beautiful place to live. Yellowknife has a common issue with the surroundings, but at the Tower we still feel at home.

We got a great view of Great Slave Lake from our big, clean suite. The staff were friendly, and the price was fair.

We had a two-bedroom suite with a kitchenette. The rooms are spacious and have all the amenities of a traditional hotel, and the hot coffee in the lobby was really good. Moving our luggage to the room was difficult because the elevators are so small, especially with our young family of four. The cleaning staff came into the room without warning, and the complimentary breakfast was lacking.
