My husband and I stayed for 3 days. Cap kivu hotel is still one of the best hotels in Goma, North kivu, in my honest opinion. We also got discounts, and I'd recommend it 100%.

The room is lovely and has a good view. Just bear in mind that you need a big car to get there.

I came by last Sunday, and even with the big crowds, the team brought great energy. The service and food were good, and the boat ride was fantastic 👌👌👌. It's a beautiful place with a nice atmosphere, especially when I travel to Goma and want to unwind and relax.

The sunset over the lake is epic, and the lake view is awesome. The restaurant food was really lovely, too. The waiters can speak English.

The gardens and grounds are beautiful, full of tropical flowers and lush trees, and the architecture has a lot of charm. Lake Kivu looks magnificent from here, and security seemed OK. But during my 3-day work trip, the air conditioner, room phone, and TV channels weren't working. The hotel's WiFi was terribly slow and unstable, and I didn't think much of the food. After three days I moved to another hotel because so many things weren't working.
