The rooms are average, and parking is limited. It feels more like a training and party centre than a hotel focused on guest comfort. There's a wedding party almost every night until 10, and the swimming pool gets very noisy on weekends.

When I'm in Goma, this is where I stay. It feels fully African, fully Congolese, with very good food, a beautiful view, and good staff. There was no running water this time, but... TIA. If you're staying in Goma and want to be here, I recommend it.

The road up to the hotel is really unwelcoming, but I love the place. I've had good experiences there with friends and family.

The hotel staff are friendly. They listen patiently to complaints and try to accommodate guests as much as they can.

It's a beautiful, modest place. I'd definitely come back.
