The hotel was almost empty because of the current situation in eastern DRC, but the staff still gave me a warm welcome and did their best to make the stay enjoyable. Serena Hotel Goma is also very well located. I've stayed at Serena for a long time, and it remains my first choice whenever I visit. As usual, I enjoyed my stay.

Thanks for the warm welcome, the excellent rooms, and the friendly staff. Things are difficult right now, but God willing they'll improve. You should let people around the world know that you're operating despite the challenges. There are people waiting for news about your next steps and may come if they hear from you. Thanks.

The rooms are huge, with lovely views, and the food is great. The reception team is awesome, and the owner, JC, is a fantastic host. A great hotel.

I loved waking up to the view of Lake Kivu. The rooms are spacious, nicely designed, and have modern amenities. From the moment I arrived, the welcome was warm and the staff were very attentive. My stay at Serena Hotel Goma was exceptional.
