The setting made this family reunion special: fields all around, no traffic, just hikers passing through, and amazing views. We explored the region during the day and were always glad to return to Aeschi in the evening. Chalet Halteweidli felt charming and welcoming from the start, with three generations of our family, six kids, and a dog all settling in comfortably. Thank you!

We had 15 people sleeping at the chalet at one point, and there was still plenty of room for everyone to feel comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the owners were helpful and quick to respond. Set in a beautiful, quiet spot in Aeschiried right by the hiking paths, Halteweidli also has incredible views. It suited our vacation perfectly, and we’d be happy to stay again.

The owners were so nice and helpful, and I hope to bring my family back soon. We spent a short stretch of the Christmas holidays at the chalet, but it went by far too quickly. It’s a great place to relax surrounded by nature, with a lovely chalet and a wonderful view.
