The room made my stay, it was clean, spacious, beautifully designed, and the bed was so comfortable I slept well. Everything was organized, the lighting was pleasant, and the room felt calm and welcoming. The bathroom was modern and spotless, and even the hairdryer was a Dyson. Every little detail felt luxurious. The staff were kind and helpful, especially Klajdi. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel for comfort and quality.

The lakeside terrace was a lovely spot for a summer meal, and the restaurant was excellent. Our room was roomy, comfortable, and thoughtfully done, with beautiful views of the lake and mountains. We had a great stay at the Mandarin Oriental Palace in Lucerne and would happily return.

The staff made the stay feel effortless. Housekeeping was thoughtful, the dining team was charming, and the concierge knew their stuff. From our arrival, check-in went smoothly and the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. We stayed 2-6 Dec 2025. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully appointed. Waking up to the sweeping view of Lake Lucerne was worth the trip by itself. Breakfast had an impressive range of fresh, well-presented food, including local options, and every meal we ate at the hotel was delicious. The hotel was well placed for exploring, though we often wanted to come back just to enjoy the atmosphere and view. We’ll be dreaming about this trip until we can return. Highly recommend.

Our room was lovely, with an amazing view, and the restaurant staff were always willing to help with gluten allergies. Everyone we met seemed keen to make sure we had a great stay. Manager Mathias Kindl looked after us and sorted out our questions, while concierge Tiago De Oliveira helped arrange excursions and transport before we arrived. The service was top notch.

The rooms are modern and really spacious, and I’d stay here again if I’m back in luzern. I had a wonderful NYE stay, with friendly, helpful staff throughout and a particularly pleasant, attentive front desk team. I had coffee and meals at Mozern several times. Vladimir was great with the menu, and the service and food were excellent.
