Ferienwohnung im Grünen

It’s a quiet, fairly rural spot, and the kids have a nice outdoor play area. The basics are all fine. The outside could use a bit of spiderweb sweeping, and we didn’t interact much with the host.

The owners were friendly and flexible, and the garden has a tree house and swimming pond for kids. It’s peaceful, close to nature, and well located. The place was clean and roomy enough for five adults, with good wifi. Finding it was tricky, though: my Garmin NAVI couldn’t locate the address, and there was no house number to clear up the confusion.

I liked the unusual decor and the relaxed atmosphere, and the welcome was friendly. The bed was very comfortable, and the air smelled fresh and floral. There was construction work during my stay, but it didn’t bother me much. Walk uphill along the road to the forest, then keep going to the hilltop, where you can see some cows.

We’d booked while already in the area and arrived at the door an hour later, but the place looked so awful that we drove away. We still had to pay. The owner then said we couldn’t check in until 5:00 PM so he could clean, even though an earlier email said we could move in straight away and the key was under the doormat. The house looked neglected and was extremely dirty, with grime everywhere and animal intestines lying beside the garden. The beds weren’t made, the linens were hanging loose, and the kitchen was tiny. The garden and its furniture were in disrepair. Terrible accommodation!!!
