The kitchen was disappointing, but everything else was fine.

We were right by the Squirrel Trail, with the town center just a two-minute walk away. The apartment was cozy and had a mountain view, and there’s a Coop supermarket next door that’s always open. There’s also a nice pizzeria in the building. We had a great stay.

This place is now rented out as apartments rather than run as a hotel. The rooms have big balconies overlooking the mountains.

Hotel Alexandra is no longer a hotel. It went up for auction, and the rooms were sold to private owners.

It’s not a hotel anymore, but the apartment was great.
