Chalet Christina 7

We were greeted so warmly by the Gabathuler family, who own the apartment. Our dog liked them right away. The apartment was cozy and comfortable, and furnished beautifully. The kitchen had everything we needed, and it feels like the owners live here themselves. We felt at home and didn’t lack for anything. It’s in a quiet, desirable spot with a big sunny balcony and a lovely view. You can ski straight from the ski room onto the slope and return directly from the slope to the ski room. It’s also a handy base for hikes in all directions, the Hörnli gondola station, and the nearby bus stop.

The landlords were lovely, and we’re already looking forward to next year. The holiday apartment is furnished with care and has a large balcony with beautiful views. It’s peacefully located among colorful summer meadows.

Right by the ski slope and in an ideal spot, this clean, beautiful apartment made a great base for our holiday. We were welcomed in a friendly, helpful way. I’d happily recommend renting it.

We especially appreciate the Gabathuler family for offering a lovely apartment in such a good location at an affordable price. We haven’t found another place in Arosa that gives such good value as Chalet Christina. The only small drawback is that the parking area sits a little below the apartment, though the very friendly owner helps with unloading luggage. This was our second summer staying at Chalet Christina. Switzerland is expensive, and Arosa even more so. The tourist tax alone costs a small fortune, though public transport and mountain lifts are included. For outings, we recommend Arosa’s popular Squirrel Trail, and Sandhubel if you’d like a summit away from the cable cars.
