VitalBoutique Hotel Zurzacherhof

The restaurant staff seemed unsure about accepting vouchers, so that part could be handled better. Everything else was good, including the restaurant service. I've stayed here a few times, and my latest visit on 26 August was the best yet. Natalie at reception was very friendly and shared helpful information about the stay, including things I hadn't known before. The hotel is close to the Therme, and I appreciated being able to use it until 4 pm on departure day.

The room was comfortable, though not especially memorable. I was a little anxious about leaving the window open on a hot night and letting bugs in, but it worked out fine. I was disappointed there weren't toiletries like conditioner or lotion in the bathroom, since I needed them, but it was only one night and a first world problem. The staff, omg, said yes to everything with a pleasant smile. I'd never had customer service like that in Switzerland. Remarkable! Daily access to the thermal baths was a huge bonus. Hopefully we can stay again sometime.

Right next to the Zurzach therme, it's a really comfortable place to stay. We had a lovely visit and were impressed by the friendly, great service. Highly recommend.

I was disappointed with the experience and wouldn't recommend this hotel. The room hadn't been cleaned, there was a lot of hair on the couch, and there were bed bugs. The male front desk staff member was very rude and aggressive, and he wasn't helpful. Very disrespectful.
