At Limmathof Baden, Bruno gave me a massage that left me feeling like a new person. He was attentive and clearly skilled, with a firm, precise touch. My back and muscles finally relaxed, and my nervous system felt calmer afterward. It was genuinely therapeutic, not just pleasant. Red Bull may give you wings, but Bruno's massage does. I'd highly recommend it if you need a proper reset.

What stood out most was how considerate and professional the staff were. They stayed helpful and courteous even when things were difficult. The hotel also offers very good value for the area, with a friendly, relaxed setting and a convenient location. The rooms are small, but thoughtfully laid out, very clean, and calming. The comfortable beds and consistent industrial style add to the feel of the place, which balances informal charm with comfort. I'd happily recommend it.

The spa itself was good, but the rest of the experience was disappointing and didn't justify the price. The suite's design is terrible: a huge window at street level lets passersby see straight into the room.

I could use the clean, peaceful spa as soon as I arrived, and even after checking out that day. The staff member who greeted me was friendly and informative, and had kindly upgraded me to a balcony suite. The room felt new and clean, and had space for a fridge. I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel and spa.
