It was easy to meet the owner, get the key, pay and check out. The owner was helpful and responsive. This is a rental, so you pay for the whole stay when you arrive. I stayed for 10 days in a one-bedroom apartment on a business trip to Basel. I travel there often and prefer this to hotels, since it felt like having my own place. The kitchen had what I needed to cook, and there are three grocery stores a short walk away. I could use the building's laundry room, which meant I could pack lightly and wash clothes during the stay. The neighborhood is quiet, with that small but busy city feel you find across Basel. A Basel mobility pass was provided for full access to public transport. I plan to stay here on future work trips.
