We chose Hotel D and were very happy with it. It’s conveniently next to the Old Town, the room was comfortable, and the bed especially was great. The shower was good too, breakfast delicious, and staff very helpful. I’d highly recommend it to family and friends.

The room had nice facilities, and the price seemed quite reasonable for Switzerland. It’s right in the Old Town, so getting around is convenient, and the young man at the front desk was friendly and gave excellent service. Breakfast was good too. There were a couple of minor room problems: the window had an issue and the shower door wouldn’t close properly.

We’ll be back! The location was great, close to everything, and the staff were incredibly nice, always checking if I needed anything. The rooms were cleaned every day, and I was greeted with a smile each time.

The rooms were immaculate, the design simple, and the staff helpful and friendly. It’s a beautiful, quiet hotel in Basel with an excellent location. I’ll definitely stay here next time I’m in the city.

The rooms were excellent and good value, and the staff were friendly. The location was good, right by a convenient tram stop. We’ve now visited several places in Switzerland and, admittedly, Zurich impressed me much more than Bssel. But if life brings me to Basel, I’d consider staying here again.
