The location made it easy to get to scenic spots, and even a walk around the area gives you that Switzerland feeling. We really loved our stay here. The staff were nice, and the rooms felt cozy.

The location is the only good part for me. There was no parking, even though we paid €1400 for four nights. The hotel is in a very old building, and things were broken or seemed ready to break. Everything else was bad. Definitely wouldn’t recommend it.

Mr. Vlad was very friendly and gave me helpful advice for planning several trips around Interlaken, with brochures and maps to go with it. The rooms were very clean, with excellent mountain and lake views. The location is excellent, and the room had the facilities I needed: a microwave, electric kettle, electric cooking heater, refrigerator, and room heating.

The side entrance of centrale station is only 100 metres away. The staff were kind and efficient, and Miss Laura patiently helped guide us. I’ll come back because of her.

Our apartment at the Sterne was well equipped, and the bed was really comfortable. We had an excellent stay, and the staff were extra nice.
