Courtyard by Marriott Zurich North

I had a great business trip stay. The team were friendly and welcomed me back, and the rooms are comfortable and up to the brand’s standard. It’s very convenient, close to Oerlikon train station and the offices of big companies. The hotel also lets you earn Marriott points while you stay. I really enjoy staying here in Zurich and would recommend it.

The restaurant and bar team downstairs deserve a special mention, especially Chris and Ouda, if we have their names right. We went twice for a drink with our daughter, and both times they made it feel like a special family outing. They were warm, attentive, and thoughtful with our child, welcoming her with little gifts and toys. The service was lovely, and they made the atmosphere relaxed and joyful. We felt very well looked after, and their kindness made a real difference to our stay. The Courtyard Marriott Zurich North was clean and well organized, everything ran smoothly, and all the staff were kind and professional. Thanks again for that human warmth. It’s what people remember.

The staff made the stay memorable. They were friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to make guests feel welcome. They even remembered my birthday, which meant a lot. The hotel is close to the train station, so it’s easy to get around the city. My room was clean, modern, and comfortable, and housekeeping kept it tidy. Breakfast was fresh and had the essentials, but the menu didn’t change from day to day. A little more variety would make mornings better.

Breakfast was the highlight of our mornings, especially the croissants and coffee, which were amazing. The room was spotless and comfortable, with everything you’d expect from a Marriott. We arrived late in the evening, and the front desk staff were exceptionally polite and efficient, getting us checked in quickly. The hotel is very close to the metro, making it easy to get across the city. There’s also a COOP just 50 meters away for picking up anything we needed. A wonderful stay with great comfort and hospitality, highly recommended for families visiting Zurich.
