The rooms were bright, spacious, spotless, and comfortable, with thoughtful extras like toiletries and a plug adapter to borrow. The location was lovely too, in a quiet area near the train station, not far from Geneva city centre, and with beautiful lake views. Before we arrived, the hotel sent WhatsApp messages to welcome my family and check a few important details, which made me feel reassured. Staff were gentle, welcoming, and always helpful. At breakfast, no one needed reminding that my son and I needed gluten-free options. Everything was fresh, delicious, beautifully presented, and there was plenty to choose from. Honestly, it’s the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

Our stay with our dog was perfect from beginning to end, thanks to how accommodating the staff were. Just be warned, the wine might have you taking out a bank loan!

We went for the waterside view, but it was the food that really impressed us. I had the menu of the week, and the fish was fresh, full of flavor, and cooked just right. It’s a lovely place with a great atmosphere. I’d definitely return.

The watercress cream with poached egg and snail was my favorite, especially with the sauce and some bread. Everything we tried was delicious, flavorful, and cooked just right. All the dishes were amazing.

Their homemade sourdough was aaaaahmazing, and the food felt really personal and carefully put together. The service was top notch too. They were so accommodating and made my husband's birthday even more memorable. The staff are helpful and make you feel welcome. The place is right on lake geneva, a few blocks from the rail station and across from the bus station. I’m so in ❤️ with it!
