This felt like a hostel, with tiny, hot rooms and no air-conditioning. The wardrobe handle came off, and there were no accessible round European power points for charging devices. The breakfast area was very hot and oppressive. There were no sheets for the bed, which had no support in the middle, and there was no basin plug. Do your research and find a better place to stay in Bellinzona!

There was no one at reception, and the door stayed locked all day. You’re taking a risk if you make a reservation here.

The location and breakfast were the only good parts for me. The room was very basic, and the bed wasn't comfortable. I went on a hot summer day, and there wasn't even a fan, let alone air-conditioning. At the premium price, I expected better sleeping comfort.

I was visiting family and would stay here again. It's a basic hotel, but the rooms were clean, with a small TV and a simple shower. They say toiletries are provided, though the soap and shower gel were poor quality. The train and bus stations are very close, and the pizza place next door was good. There's also plenty of parking behind the hotel if you're driving.

For the price, this is ridiculous, and easily the worst hotel I've stayed in. The one saving grace was breakfast. There was no air-conditioning, and I woke up drenched in sweat. Even with the windows open, no clothes on, and the covers off, I was sweating in puddles just standing there. I do sweat more than average, maybe 15% more, but not by much. At what they're charging, I had to write this review.
