The room was small, and the wheeled wardrobe made it feel smaller still, though that was a minor issue. We’d definitely stay again: the rooms are modern, the staff are very friendly, and breakfast was wonderful. Old Bern is about a 10-minute walk away, or you can take a bus or train and get there in five minutes. The hotel has clean decor, plus water dispensers on the floors and bottles for refilling.

The rooms are a little small, but everything else made for a great stay. The staff were very friendly and gave us a free public transport card at check-in. Getting around was easy: the tram stop is two minutes away, with direct rides to the main station and city center. Breakfast had a huge range of choices, better than at most hotels in this category.

I was able to check in early, and the staff showed me how to get the Bern App. There were lots of breakfast options, including different kinds of milk, which I appreciated. The location is great, just a few meters from the bus stop for the train station, though the main shops are about a 15-minute walk away. I’ll definitely come back.

The small private parking was really useful, and it’s only a 15-minute walk to the city center. The room was spacious, clean, and nicely decorated, and breakfast was good. What made the stay even better was the amazing staff. Special thanks to Frederico and Nora for everything!

I could get breakfast early enough to eat before work, which was helpful, and it was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms are small but livable, and the hotel was very quiet. The concrete walls do a great job blocking sound.
