10/10
We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is near the station and most of the tourist sights, and our room was quiet and cozy with nice amenities. Breakfast was great, too. The staff were friendly and helpful. I’d definitely recommend it.

6/10
The breakfast service is excellent. Still, it’s an expensive hotel and, to me, the location is what you’re paying for. I’d give it two stars.

8/10
The staff were pleasant, and the train station is very close. The rooms look modern, but they’re tiny. There was just one chair for two people, no fridge, and the soundproofing was poor. Breakfast was decent, and I was glad they had vegan and lactose-free choices.

10/10
The bed and pillow were so comfortable that I even asked reception if I could buy the pillow! The room was a little small, but the hotel’s in a perfect spot and the breakfast was very good, with options to choose from. You can borrow a backpack, umbrella, or water bottle for the day. Parking was easy to get to, though expensive. Fantastic quality for the price, and I really recommend it.

6/10
The people were nice, and the location makes this a decent choice if you’re on a budget and not traveling for work. The price is below average for Bern, and the place is too. For business trips, I wouldn’t find it very suitable, since the rooms and breakfast could be better.
