Hotel De Londres

The Christmas market in the courtyard was lovely, and the location was perfect, just a couple of blocks straight up to the train station. Rooms were really nice and clean, and the staff were very helpful. Breakfast was lovely too, and they made eggs to order for us. A great experience.

The location made getting around easy, with the station about a 400-meter walk and plenty of restaurants nearby. We stayed two nights in a larger room on the fourth floor. The bed was wonderfully comfortable, the shower was great, and there were fluffy robes waiting for us. The bar and breakfast space was pleasant, with tables on the open rooftop area and a good beer selection under a fun honor system. Breakfast was simple and enjoyable, and the staff were lovely. A charming little boutique hotel I'd happily recommend.

Coming back to Brig each Christmas to see relatives feels like coming home when we stay at Londres. I grew up here, and now travel from Singapore every year. It's easily my favorite hotel in Brig. The modern room, excellent breakfast, and great service from the lady on staff all make it an easy recommendation. We live in Asia and are used to good service, so we're not always easy to impress, but this place really delivers. I'd suggest spending a little extra for a larger room.

The staff greeted us with a drink and homemade cake, a small touch that makes you want to come back. Brig is a superb location for this simple-looking hotel that feels much bigger than its style suggests. Other hotels could learn from those thoughtful details.
