The staff were all so friendly, and even though breakfast didn't have much variety, everything was delicious. It's a great deal for the price: the rooms are clean and decent, nothing fancy, but they do the job. The place is central and an easy walk from the main station, with lots of practical touches that make getting around easier. There are booklets for travel plans, including hiking maps and a bad weather backup plan, plus a vending machine for basic drinks. By reception there's a live train schedule for the central station. The dining room is really big, with a chandelier at every table, and there are models of several top attractions. I'd give the value and convenience a 10/10. Had a great stay and look forward to coming back.

My reservation had been cancelled by Booking.com, which was disappointing to discover when I arrived. Ms. Daniela at reception was very kind and found me a very good, spacious room. The hotel is in the town center. Breakfast was quite simple, but the room was fairly cheap by Swiss standards. Special thanks to Daniela and Juliana.

The location makes it easy to explore the region by train, and the price was very good for what you get. Staff were lovely and incredibly helpful, and the rooms had good equipment and were comfortable. It deserves more than three stars. I'd come back in a heartbeat.

The hotel was very clean, and breakfast was included. I hadn't expected such a huge seating area for breakfast, which starts at 7am. The location was perfect, only a seven minute walk from the train station. Rooms are spacious and have all the essentials.

The breakfast and in-room amenities were a little lacking, and I missed having slippers. The hotel is just a minute from the center and five minutes from the station. Rooms were clean and good, and the beds were quite comfortable.
