Pünctchen

The double booking left us stranded outside late in the afternoon, and the hostess refused to take responsibility or help. She was also extremely rude on the phone, with no customer service at all. Since the place was listed on multiple platforms, it had been booked twice. In our view, she should at least have found a comparable alternative, even if it cost her extra. Leaving guests out on the street is unacceptable. A week later, I’m still waiting for reimbursement of the extra costs. This accommodation, especially its hostess, doesn’t deserve even one star.

Pünktchen was a real delight! The hosts were so kind and helpful, and the restaurant downstairs is a must-visit. We’ll definitely come back.

Really pretty, and very clean.
