Breakfast and dinner were extraordinary, and we especially loved the breakfast buffet. The staff were extremely helpful, and the rooms made us feel like we were in heaven. It’s a charming hotel in a wonderful location. We were sad to leave and are trying to come back as soon as we can. Thanks to the whole team for making our stay unforgettable.

We had a cute balcony room at the front, with gorgeous views of the Swiss Alps, and could see the lake toward the back. The hotel sits ideally between Crans and Montana. The staff were amazing, breakfast was perfect, and I highly recommend it.

You feel welcome as soon as you arrive, thanks to the very hospitable owners. The hotel has been here for at least 40 years, in an authentic setting beside a small lake on the mountain slope, with breathtaking Alpine views. It has the basics you need and a touch of luxury, at good value for money. Definitely worth a stay.

Dinner was a real highlight for me: all the menus were very good, and the service was friendly. Reception staff also made check-in easy, and I found a parking spot right in front without any trouble. It was my first time in Crans Montana, and the hotel was easy to find, with a beautiful location. My room beside reception was okay and had a balcony I really enjoyed. I was initially concerned because I could hear conversations from the reception in my room, but the night was quiet and I slept well. My impression was very positive overall. One thing that needs attention is ventilation, especially around reception. The food smell from the restaurant was strong throughout the hotel.
