B&B Ferienhof am See

I ended up not visiting because of how rude the email replies were. We were two families at first, but one family later cancelled, leaving just one couple. I asked two straightforward things: whether breakfast was fresh and if we could book night by night. The first answer said there wasn't room for all four people, which was fair. After I explained the change, though, the response turned aggressive. She said they weren't a zoo and that we could only see the animals when her husband was going. I was asking politely. She also said they didn't rent rooms for one night, even though I can now see nightly bookings listed on booking and tbooking.toubiz. I tried to explain that I hadn't been to a European farm before and hadn't meant to offend anyone, though I don't think I'd said anything offensive. The rudeness continued. It was very strange, and I hope it wasn't because of my name.
