The room was spotless, and breakfast was okay for a small hotel, apart from the coffee. But those pillows left my neck aching, and the heating switches off at night. If you wake up or have a sensitive nostril, you'll notice that icy mountain air. There wasn't any tea in the room or disposable flip-flops either. At this price, I expect at least one thing I can nick on the way out! It's one of those Swiss “boutique” hotels, so my expectations weren't high, but I was still disappointed.

Dinner was very good, with plenty of choices and a decent wine list. Breakfast, though, was basic. The rooms have been updated recently and are great, but I wish there were bathroom doors and maybe some shampoo. There's no front desk at night. I'm not sure how late arrivals check in, maybe there's a number for the night manager.

The green curry was packed with flavor, and you could taste the care and skill in it. This place does something special with Thai food. We had a romantic dinner under a beautiful pergola covered in vines, and were lucky to meet chefs Maciej and Lukasz. They took time to tell us a little about how they cook, which made the meal feel even more special. A must for anyone who loves Thai cuisine.

A much appreciated rest for travelers. The hospitality feels like they’ll keep a light on and come greet you at the door. Everything was immaculately clean, and there's a cute restaurant in the building. Lots of amenities are within walking distance, and there's a little parking area right out front.
