After problems at my previous place, I managed to book a room here on Booking.com at the last minute for that same day. I was so glad I did. Everything was easy, and after that stressful experience, a comfortable stay was a relief. The spacious room was clean, the service was great, and the hotel is right in central Geneva. I stayed one night and everything went well. I fully recommend it.

The front desk staff were so friendly, and the man who checked me in had such a dad vibe that I felt safe. The location was perfect, right opposite the station and easy to find. I spent a night here on my way to Italy. My room was clean, and the bathroom was spotless and well equipped. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back in March.

The building is old, but very well maintained, and the rooms were clean and spacious. There are lots of shops near the hotel, so shopping was great, and the train station is close by. The receptionist Mohammed was kind, professional and helpful with everything we asked for. I'll definitely stay at Astoria again next time around.

I loved the downtown feel you get looking out from the Astoria hotel. It's right in the heart of Geneva Cornavin, with the metro, bus stops and train station just a two-minute walk away. The staff were welcoming and helpful, though one morning staff member was very rude. I didn't let that affect my stay. Best stay in Geneva for me, 100% recommended.

The room looked aged, but it was comfortable. Mine faced the courtyard, away from the street, and was very quiet, which I appreciated. I didn't try breakfast. The location is hard to beat, with the train and tram stations very close. The old town and lake are easy to get to, and the UN agencies at Nations are a 30-minute walk or a 15-minute bus or tram ride away. Iftahan and the other staff were very helpful. I was allowed to leave my bags after checkout so I could see the city before heading to the airport.
