Beau Rivage Geneva

The people are what make Hotel Beau Rivage stand out for me. The door team is superb, reception is impeccable, and the concierge team is exceptional. The bar and restaurant are a welcome break from the outside world, and the staff seem to anticipate what you need. Credit to management for bringing in and keeping such great people. I’ve stayed at the Beau-Rivage 20-30 times and still can’t work out how they make the duvet feel like it’s floating around me. The rooms are elegant and luxurious, and the bed is incredibly comfortable. It’s far and away the best-run luxury city hotel I’ve stayed in. Calling it my favorite hotel in the world almost feels like an understatement. It’s perfect from start to finish, and anyone visiting Geneve would be missing out by staying elsewhere.

For a business trip, I found Beau-Rivage Geneva very comfortable and easy to work from. My room was spacious and quiet, with a comfortable bed and a setup that let me stay productive. It was also impeccably maintained. The staff were welcoming and professional throughout, and handled requests efficiently, which matters when you’re traveling for work. Breakfast had a high-quality selection, and service was consistently excellent. Right on Lake Geneva, the hotel is also an easy walk from business areas, restaurants, and transport. It combines historic elegance with modern comfort, and I’d gladly stay again on my next visit to Geneva.

The setting is hard to beat, right by the lake and close to everything in Geneva. My room was elegant, spotless, and beautifully kept, with lovely views and a peaceful feel. Staff were attentive and professional from check-in through check-out, making the stay comfortable throughout. It’s an exceptional luxury hotel and one of the best stays I’ve had.
