Hotel N'vY

We’ll definitely stay at Hotel N’vY again. The rooms are great and well equipped, and the staff were attentive and accommodating. It’s in a quiet part of the city, with public transport easy to reach. The main attractions and restaurants are also within walking distance.

I’ve been here twice, and both times the balconies had lovely views. The rooms have fun extras like chromotherapy lights and little gadgets, plus all the travel necessities, slippers, robes, and a lovely coffee machine. Service is spot on, with great communication in multiple languages. Everyone was hospitable and accommodating. Nothing felt like too much trouble: someone came up to help me with the TV within minutes. They also gave great recommendations, and the location works well for public transport and visiting Geneva.

Christmas felt special here, thanks to the hotel’s beautiful, cosy atmosphere and festive touches. Our immaculate, comfortable room was thoughtfully prepared, and it was easy to relax and enjoy the break. The staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout. Nothing was too much trouble, and their professionalism made us feel well looked after. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We’d highly recommend it and would love to return.

Breakfast was lovely, with plenty of choices in a beautiful setting, but the hotel wasn’t very practical for travellers, even though it looks amazing. We’d asked for two single beds and arrived to find one king bed. They said they’d fix it, but didn’t. The ambient lighting didn’t work, and the counter info only described mood colors, not how to use it. The TV had few, if any, English channels and no instructions. I’m not sure what the sound bar was for, since we couldn’t play anything. There were lots of useless gadgets, but no sockets beside the bed, so I had to charge my phone on the counter opposite. The room had no heating and got cold one night. After checkout there was nowhere to sort our luggage, so I felt awkward organizing it in the foyer while the manager watched.
