Auberge De La Réunion

The views of the countryside make this a nice place to get a break from the city. The owner and staff were so accommodating, and they even looked after my teddy bear, which was cool! The place was clean and kept up with the sanitary measures. Breakfast was really nice, with coffee, bread, croissants, fresh fruit, yogurt, cheese, ham, and eggs made however you like. The owner served breakfast too, chapeau! The food at their restaurant looked adorable, just like in the photos. We only tried part of the menu, so we’ll have to come back for the rest. Maybe they’ll add another Michelin star! We highly recommend the hotel and say you must try the restaurant.

The restaurant was a real plus, with very good food and a good wine list. The owner and staff were friendly, too. It’s a lovely rural spot with a private car park. The room was basic, though very clean, and unfortunately there’s no air conditioning. I’ll go back.

The bus stop is right beside the hotel, with buses to Nyon every 30 minutes, and the trip takes 15 minutes. Inside, it’s comfortable and attractive, with friendly, attentive service from the hotel and restaurant staff. The kitchen is quick, and the food tastes good.

In summer, the terrace is huge and beautiful. I always go for the plat du jour, and it’s never let me down.
