The concierge, manager, and especially the hotel's general manager, Olivier, deserve my deepest thanks. I arrived in the middle of a heavy snowstorm, and he went out of his way to help, truly saving both me and my car. I've never experienced that level of care, responsiveness, and kindness at a hotel before. Everything here is beautiful and thoughtfully designed, with a calm, aesthetic feel. The staff are exceptional, attentive, kind, and genuinely caring. A truly wonderful hotel. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I wish the hotel great success and prosperity.

The spa has a range of heat experiences, an outdoor cold plunge, sauna, and hot tub, and the pool area is spacious with lots of natural light. One thing to know is that rooms don't have air conditioning, though fans were available when requested, and it can get quite warm in summer. Le Grand Bellevue is one of my favorite hotels in the world, a perfect place to retreat after exploring. I've stayed twice in the past three years, both during the Gstaad Pro Beach Volleyball tournament. Stadium court is right across the street, which makes it an ideal base while Beach is in town. I was impressed by the hotel's classic charm and elegance, along with the top tier service from the staff.

The restaurant was amazing, with lovely food and a great atmosphere. We felt at home throughout, thanks to the concierge and everyone else on staff, who always went the extra mile. Their care and service were outstanding, some of the best we've ever experienced. One of our best stays. We'd definitely recommend it and will come back!

We felt exceptionally well cared for from the very start, thanks to service that was personal and attentive. The hotel also has a welcoming, cozy atmosphere, with plenty of comfortable corners and inviting spaces. The spa was outstanding.

We were in the area for a wedding, and even with a busy couple of days, the hotel always felt like a restful break from all the activity. My husband and I have traveled widely and stayed in some wonderful places, but Le Grand Bellevue ranks at the top. The setting and hotel are beautiful and serene, and the rooms, accommodations, and service were all spectacular. Although we'd never been before, we were welcomed like old friends and felt at home straight away. The staff stood out for their natural friendliness, kindness, and genuine readiness to help with any need. The dining room food was delicious, and the eggs benedict may be the best I've ever tasted. The spa facilities impressed us too, with a wide choice of services and lots of saunas. Some hotels of this quality can feel pompous, but Le Grand Bellevue doesn't. We look forward to returning and recommend it without reservation.
