The views and setting are exactly what I picture when I think of Switzerland. The hotel is in a perfect spot, and it’s so picturesque. My room was beautiful, clean, and very quiet. Martina was a real help and couldn’t have been more accommodating. Service was great, and dinner was superb. Breakfast was also very good, with plenty to choose from, even bacon and rosti. I’d happily return and would recommend this hotel.

We had to leave earlier than planned because of an emergency, and the staff were wonderful in helping us. They were kind and very helpful throughout. The hotel itself was beautiful, with gorgeous views and an amazing breakfast. We’d definitely stay here again if we get the chance. It was an amazing experience.

The rooms were spacious and really nice, and the location beside the gondola was fantastic. What impressed us most was how kind and helpful everyone was. They made us feel at home, and we’ll absolutely return and recommend the place to our friends.

There was just one person trying to handle reception, food, and drinks during the summer. It took an hour and a half just to place a food order, and the staff looked visibly frustrated and burnt out. They seemed stretched to their limit. We were put in a dorm room, even though the website shows premium rooms, which felt misleading. There were mosquitoes all over outside our door, too. The hot tub was empty and full of slugs, despite being described as working before we booked. I also tried several times to find someone with the gym key and couldn’t. The new ownership stinks. Stay away unless you’re desperate.

It’s ideally placed for skiers. The rooms are spacious, newly furnished, and great, and the staff are good too. A nice little hotel.
