We'd return again and again without hesitation. Restaurant Schützen brings together wonderful food, attentive service, stunning surroundings and a warm atmosphere. It feels like more than a meal, a real part of visiting Lauterbrunnen. If you're in Lauterbrunnen Valley, it's a must for us, easily one of the best restaurant experiences in Switzerland. Five stars don't feel like enough!

The place was cute and cozy, with great vibes, friendly staff, quick service and lovely Christmas decorations. The food was good, though a bit salty. The vegetable Rösti was a nice vegetarian option, a little like fancy hash browns. The sausage Rösti tasted good but was too salty. The hot chocolates were fun, and the fried apple rings were good, not too oily or sweet, served with a custard that wasn't sweet.

I only tried the mulled wine, and it was very nice. The atmosphere felt cozy and comfortable, and the view was beautiful. Thanks especially to Bayram, the restaurant manager, who was attentive and very helpful. The other waiters were helpful too, smiling even though the inside was full. I'd definitely recommend it and come back for food.

It's conveniently located across from the Lauterbrunnen valley viewpoint, with a nice atmosphere and great food. We followed the waiter's recommendations, and every dish tasted wonderful. Highly recommended!

The view over Lauterbrunnen was lovely, and the staff were attentive and friendly. We had lunch, ordering pork schnitzel and sausage rosti. Both were among the best meals we’ve had in Switzerland. I’d definitely recommend it.
