The location is great, right next to the river. But the bathroom wasn't very clean, the food seemed to come mostly straight from the microwave, and the waitress was only just amiable enough. At that price, the food was a complete rip-off.

We expected more. It's such a nice location, but the staff seemed either well trained or completely demotivated. The room was very basic, and neither dinner nor breakfast was worth the money. Sorry to say it, but we can't recommend it and won't visit the hotel or restaurant again...

We could look across the river to France from our room, and the spacious room was clean and modern, with a comfy king bed. The docks are right nearby, so it’s easy to catch a cruise to Saut-du-doubs. Staff were really friendly, and the bridge to France is just a short hop away for affordable gourmet food and wine.

The view was just perfect, and the food was AMAZING. We slept comfortably too, and the staff were so friendly. We’ll definitely come back.

We got there at 8 pm and were told they were closing, even though the sign outside said the restaurant stayed open until 9:30 pm. A very bad experience, and the staff were super unfriendly.
