The food had fantastic depth of flavour, and the service was sincere and truly amazing. We showed up without a reservation after a few quite empty restaurants had turned us away, but we were warmly welcomed here. I'd happily come back.

The chefs here treat Brussels sprouts with a care and respect the British could learn from. We had an excellent meal with great service, proper Swiss cuisine at its best. We arrived shortly before 6pm on a Saturday without a reservation and still got a table for two.

Our waiter brought great energy and hospitality, which made the dinner such a pleasure. My family and I went to Hofgarten in November for the fall tastings, and the food was phenomenal. I had ravioli filled with ricotta, sage, pumpkin, and nuts.

The food was delicious, with a unique touch, and the staff were really friendly and attentive. It's a lovely, cozy restaurant near the centre of Luzern, with a nice atmosphere and a lovely wine selection. Recommended!

We loved every bite. I had the ravioli, my husband ordered the beef with polenta, and we adored the staff. Absolutely delicious, and highly recommended for your stay in Luzern. Get the espresso ice cream, too.
