The staff were very welcoming, and the hotel is close to the old town and an easy walk from the station. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, including Indian food options. Our room was small, but clean and well kept. A decent place to stay in Lucerne.

I felt safe staying here on my own, and my twin room was quiet and very comfortable. The location is excellent, just steps from the old town and within easy reach of everywhere else. Getting here from the train station was simple, too. The staff were friendly and stored my bags until check-in.

The rooms were clean and the location is amazing, even if the hotel feels a little old. The staff really made our stay. Nathalie was happy to help with anything, and they let us leave our luggage longer than expected. We could also wait on the second floor until our train. Thanks as well to Lila and Daniel.

Breakfast was decent, the beds were comfortable, and our small room was clean and perfectly manageable. It was pretty quiet, too. The staff were very friendly. The train station is easy to reach on foot or by bus, and the location is excellent. I noticed they also have larger rooms. Would recommend.

The location in Lucerne is awesome, and I really enjoyed the food at breakfast, even though the choices were limited. Breakfast was served at the connected hotel next door, reached by shared stairways. The staff were good, but our room had a strange smell.
