Lucerne is compact, so even though the hotel is on the outskirts, getting to the old town is quick. Our room was spotless and had everything we needed, and breakfast was included and tasty. That’s a particularly nice bonus with Swiss prices. We’d gladly stay again and recommend it.

We spent three nights here in June 2025. The rooms were modern and clean, breakfast was good, parking was free, and the staff were very friendly. It’s easy to get into Lucerne by train, with the station about a five-minute walk away and free public transport included. The on-site restaurant was excellent, definitely recommend it. The main drawback was some road noise when the windows were open. If noise bothers you, ask for a room on the quieter side. Great value, and I’d stay again.

The staff were friendly and breakfast was good, but I found the hotel average. The furniture felt dated, especially the beds and bathroom fittings. I’d avoid a summer stay, since there’s no air conditioning and the room gets very hot even with the windows open. Although there are nonsmoking rooms, people smoke downstairs by the lobby and the smell drifts up into the rooms.

It’s about 8 minutes by car to CC, and free public transport is included. The hotel is beside a busy road, so it’s noisy. There was a fan in the room, but no air conditioning, and it can get very warm in summer.

We stayed as a family for three nights and had a great time. Everyone was kind and welcoming, and we loved the breakfast. The train station was within walking distance too. Thank you for making us feel welcome! ♡
