I've stayed here several times. Some mold shows up in the rooms, and the place feels a little expensive for what you get, though I know it's Switzerland. The virtual check-in is another downside: they hire immigrants who are probably not even in Switzerland to handle it over video call.

The linen was clean, and that's about the only good thing I can say. I was here for ten nights 🤦‍♂️. One day I returned to find the TV blasting, another day the room door was wide open onto the roadside, and once the cleaner called hello from inside the bathroom while I was showering. After that I asked every day for them not to clean, but they kept doing it anyway. The window wouldn't close and the place was generally tatty. I'd honestly rather sleep in a tent.

The location was good and the amenities were good too. I enjoyed my stay.

Check-in is all done remotely through a computer monitor and webcam in the lobby, with no reception staff on site. They may be reachable nearly any time, but they can't help with anything there in person. The room itself was pretty bad, honestly: the safe had no batteries, the floor was dirty, the washbasin was badly cracked, and there was lots of black mold in the shower. The shower door felt rickety, and the bathroom and bedroom doors were both badly hung, so neither would open or close properly.
