Peter was such a friendly, helpful host during our four nights there. He gave us four guest cards for discounts at local attractions, and even arranged two separate portable beds so my teenagers didn't have to share one sofa bed. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, with mountain views from the windows. It's on a quiet street just off the main one, within walking distance of Coop and Migros and with plenty of restaurants nearby. The kitchen was huge and had just about everything: a Nespresso machine, regular coffee maker, kettle, stove, microwave, toaster and all the usual accessories. Peter also left Nespresso cups, filter coffee, cooking oil and cleaning supplies. We had everything we needed.

We really appreciated Ulla's warm welcome. Neither of us speaks English very well, but she patiently explained things to us. The kitchen was fully set up for cooking, with an IH stove, microwave, oven and dishwasher, which was handy for saving money by making our own meals. There wasn't a washing machine, but Ulla offered to do our laundry for a fee. She returned it neatly folded, which was really touching. The room was spacious and comfortable, and this was the most satisfying Airbnb of our 20-day trip around Switzerland. After a few nights in this peaceful town, we'd fallen in love with it and would definitely come back.
