At the campsite, we had to share one spot between two people and still pay the full amount. Also check the campsite's final departure date carefully, since you'll have to pay for that day too.

The bed was comfortable and long enough, and our room at Herberge Balmweid was clean, tidy and had everything we needed. Service was excellent, with a friendly lady who was flexible and helpful. We had a wonderful stay and definitely recommend it.

8/10
The owner was very friendly, and the hostel is good value for money. The rooms are beautiful, clean, new and modern. There are three rooms, a restaurant and a campground. Our room was right over the campground playground. It was fine with the window closed, but the noise bothered us a bit when it was open during our holiday. A few spots around the building also looked a little less well maintained.

The rooms are nice, new and well equipped. The building itself looks so-so, though, and we hadn't expected the attached campsite. It wasn't quite to our taste.
