The food was delicious, and the service felt genuinely welcoming. Just pace yourself with the starters if you’re not used to eating them slowly. The place is accessible for wheelchairs and pushchairs. I’d happily recommend it.

Right by the lake in the lovely village of Marcote, this little restaurant has warm, attentive service. We enjoyed all the dishes, especially the branzino seabass, which was superb. Definitely recommended.

We stayed in the charming apartment above the restaurant, where the huge windows look out over the lake. It’s also just steps from the ship port and near the bus station along the lake. The staff were so friendly and made us feel at home, and the service was excellent. I came with my girlfriends, and we had the seasonal deer entrecôte with pumpkin risotto for dinner. It was incredible, and my first time trying deer was a success. I’d love to come back.

The staff were attentive and super friendly, and the lake and mountain views made a lovely backdrop. The food tasted homemade and fresh. I especially loved the Minestrone, the best I’ve had, and the vongole pasta. Dessert was delicious too.

We’ve returned a couple of times because it’s consistently excellent. The cozy atmosphere, friendly staff, and great food make for a lovely meal, especially with a table overlooking the lake. It costs around 60 to 70 euros per person, including the wine we had. Prices are on the higher side, but felt worth it. I’d recommend it.
