The parking is on Via Scazziga. Ring the bell and they bring the car elevator down, which saves you from paying to park on the street while checking in. Staff were friendly and quick to respond, and breakfast was decent, if nothing special. The rooms are spacious and quiet, and the higher floors have a lovely view.

We had a large, modern room with a beautiful lake view, and the staff were so friendly. Breakfast had nice choices for anyone avoiding gluten or dairy. I’d definitely stay here again next time we’re in Locarno.

I escaped Zurich's bad weather for a quick trip and found this hotel outstanding. The breakfast was delicious, and everyone working there was friendly and helpful. My room was spacious, quiet and peaceful, with a lovely terrace at no extra cost. Best place I've stayed in Ticino. I'll be back with my husband.

Dinner only: my wife and I were given a voucher by our letting company and were delighted with the evening. The service was impeccable, and the wine suggestion was spot on. Every course was beautifully presented and made with fresh ingredients, all at a high standard. They even prepared the Tiramisu at the table in front of me. Our holiday home is nearby in Brissago, so we'll certainly return.
