The room door wouldn’t lock, and after finding dirty floors, unclean sheets, no towels, and a nearly empty used toilet paper roll with no replacement, we left. We’d been there about 30 minutes before finding somewhere else. Easily the worst hotel or hostel I’ve ever stayed in.

We went with a group tour and had a buffet of Indian food. It was good, and we were glad to find Indian food in Zurich. I haven’t stayed there.

My kids were scared when drunk people came into the hotel. The service was very poor.

The neighbourhood felt bland and was a long way from the city centre. The rooms weren’t well kept, and the place seemed a bit dodgy overall. It wasn’t worth the money, so I can’t recommend staying here.

I wouldn’t recommend this place. The service was very poor, and both the staff and the insistent manager were unpleasant.
