Novotel Zurich Airport Messe

Politimi, Maki, and Zacharias were kind, professional, and provided excellent service. They helped make our stay smooth and pleasant. The rooms were spotless, modern, and comfortable, and the facilities were well maintained in a convenient location. Some guests showed little consideration for others, which brought down the atmosphere at times and slightly affected the otherwise high standard. It would’ve been nice if everyone showed the same courtesy as the hotel staff. We still had a great stay and appreciated the amenities.

The location worked really well for getting around: Tram 10 is about a minute away and connects the airport, city center, and Hauptbahnhof. My room was very clean and had all the essentials, including the coffee maker I rely on. The staff were polite at check-in, and the hotel itself is very nice. Housekeeping did miss my room one day during my five-night stay, even though I’d put out the cleaning tag. I didn’t try breakfast because I already had plans, though the restaurant looked nice and the food spread I could see looked appealing. Despite the missed cleaning, I’d recommend staying here in Zurich.

The dinner supplied with the airline’s vouchers was nowhere near a hot meal worth 20 CHF. We showed photos to the airline staff at the airport, and they were shocked by what the hotel had served. They advised us to email the director with the pictures, and we will. At least the room was comfortable, and it was easy to get both to Zürich’s center and to the airport.

A very convenient spot, right by the tram line to downtown and the airport. Check-in was quick, and the staff spoke excellent English. The rooms are a little small but very clean and laid out well. It felt slightly overpriced, though by Swiss standards it’s a good deal. I’d stay again.
