The room was clean and nice, though small. For two people without a child, it was no problem, and the price was cheaper for me. The apartment has underground parking. It's a self check-in place, in a good spot just opposite the train and tram station for Zurich Airport. Recommend it 👍🏻

This is basically a self-service apartment setup. You check yourself in with a code, carry your own bags, and clean up your room; they provide extra garbage bags and a dustpan and brush. Everyone gets a separate room, hostel-style. Once we understood that, the place made sense, and we'd stay again. It's right by the train station and a Co-Op, and there's a gym. We were nervous after reading the reviews, but the complaints we saw about dirty rooms and sketchy people weren't true during our stay. Our room was clean and nice. Some reviews also said the restaurant upstairs and shared kitchen were tiny and poorly equipped. We took photos because that didn't match what we found: the kitchen had around four ovens and four stovetops with three burners each. The bar area can make drinks, or you can buy beer and alcohol by the bottle. The one thing we didn't like was the lack of AC in the rooms and hallway. In a large building it could feel stuffy. We didn't have AC in any of our Switzerland hotels, though there were a few portable units upstairs by the bar. The reviews we read had us worried, but they seemed to come from people expecting a much fancier place.

Glattbrugg train and tram station is just a two-minute walk away, with supermarkets and plenty of restaurants close by. Vision Apartments was comfortable and well equipped. The room was neat and well maintained, and the soundproofing kept it super quiet despite the location. There’s a café on the seventh floor, plus free laundry and dryer facilities. Just bring your own detergent.

I was really disappointed. I paid for a stay I couldn't use, and the hotel didn't try to understand or help. I meant to book six days in Zurich but accidentally reserved five. I contacted them about the mistake, but they couldn't help, and there wasn't another room available for the extra day, so I had to book a different hotel. Later, my husband became ill because of his herniated discs and couldn't even walk. He needed daily injections. I emailed again and sent documents about his illness, but they ignored me. I sent at least four emails and only got a stock response. Then today they emailed to ask whether I liked the hotel. I think that's a joke. My answer is no.
